1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items for Return
Physical Products:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Digital Products:
- All sales of digital products (downloads, licenses, software) are final
- No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed
- Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of technical issues preventing access
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in their original condition or missing original packaging
4. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. SKIF-USA does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Wait for a return authorization confirmation from our team
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item using a trackable carrier at your expense
- Email us the tracking number once shipped
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you received free shipping, the actual cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
